It is realized that amplifying legislation will
be necessary subsequently when the Town Planning Board, as provided in the Bill, is in a position to put forward
its recommendations.

The Bill in its present form has the full
approval of my Executive Council but has not been
published in the Gazette, prior to introduction, pending
the receipt of your approval of its terms.
